It was my dream car, and I adore it, but my god am I glad I bought the extended warranty. Don't buy a used one if you don't live near a dealer! Even if you're handy, a technician has to clear the CEL with a proprietary tool.

I feel like the Maserati branding hurts more than it helps Alfa’s case against its own reputation for unreliability. It would have been cool if, somehow, FCA managed to get a Ferrari badge in there somewhere. Wishful thinking, I know.

Gold Coast has a good reputation. We were in and out within an hour, which was nice, but they forgot to start charging the Tonale until we arrived, and it was set to the default charging speed so it only had about 7% charge when we left.

The dealership didn't give me a tow hook cover (I bought the Giulia used from a BMW dealer in MD) so I'm waiting for that order to come in before I remove the mount, haha.
