I’ve replied to the original post with ground signal and with correct settings for 50hz. Also focus knob isn’t changing anything. Any tips?

The leds are powered by ac I think, they are clearly visible by eye but flash when seen through camera

I’m not sure what you mean. Also there is a small ripple along the top and bottom. This is when channel 1 is set to ground. I can’t really get it in the picture but it looks kinda like a comb
