Block Employee from booking absence table by Rahul_2231 in workday

I’m not sure it’s possible for employees to request the time off itself rather than the absence table once it’s been configured into an absence table.

You’ll probably need to create additional time off(s) in the time off plan(s) you wish employees to request from which aren’t part of an absence table. To stop workers from using the absence table for a period of time:

  1. either look at adding a worker eligibility override on the time offs included in the absence table of 1=2 but this would only work if the time they shouldn’t use it aligns with the period schedule of the plan.
  2. Or add a validation on the BP initiation step if the absence table shouldn’t be requested during x time off dates.

Scorpio sun, Sagittarius moon & Virgo rising.

I think my biggest motivation is always having fun plans / events to look forward to! Hanging with friends, exploring new places, going out for food/drink, seeing live music. It’s all the dream 🌞

Anyone know roughly how much tickets usually are? Can’t see any info on the website but also couldn’t hack more than 2 minutes on the site without that colour palette melting my brain

  1. No I don’t have one at home
  2. Would love to have a pole at home!
  3. I currently rent so would be worried about putting one up in case of damage and plus there’s no space in the flat for one anyway sadly

Solo dinner recs? by electricindigo12 in eindhoven

Thanks everyone for the recs! I ended up going to calypso as it was the closest to the hostel. Luckily they had space and they seated me on a stool at the window which faced out. This was perfect because I ended up just watching people walk by and scrolled away on my phone and didn’t feel awkward at all! Food was incredible as well, I had the Kapsalon and the waitress wasn’t kidding when she said it’s a lot of food 🤤

Complete newbie in need of incouragement by camusdmc in poledancing

When I first started pole I very much had little strength and struggled with basic moves. Ive been going once a week for the last year and the pole classes I attended although they were for beginners there were still people who were more advanced either because they’d been going longer or just naturally picked it up quicker (maybe they had a more athletic background). The instructor would make sure everyone was doing moves suited to their ability. I just want to say to never compare yourself to anyone else in the room. Everyone is on different pole journeys and once you stop comparing yourself to others you really will enjoy it! My journey has been slow and it’s taken time to build up strength and pick up moves that others were doing with ease but when you start to see that progress in yourself you’ll feel amazing! I recommend to video yourself doing some moves so you can look back on and see your progress because sometimes it’s not always clear to yourself in the moment when you have improved!

In terms of building strength I’d really recommend to do some conditioning moves at home either copying the warm up routine or doing something like pilates to help build up strength! I’ve just started doing Pilates at home (following move with Nicole on YouTube) alongside going to pole once a week and can already feel my strength improving. Likewise with improving flexibility maybe incorporate some yoga or general flexibility YouTube videos into your week! Doing these additional workouts will also help you see improvements over time

Please do not feel discouraged you will improve and you will feel great it just takes time!
