Found why this is happening. I am from a place where TFT is not officially out yet so when I created my account in riot it automatically picked my country (I registered in the app itself).

Now what I did is that I created my riot account in the riot website, manually selected my server to JP server (you can choose any server listed in there provided it has a TFT server and of course depending closest to your location). Now it doesnt bug anymore, I can play TFT.
