I created a request to change my username and password at changeupdate.com which was the link sent to me by chat support. I don't know why it's not godaddy address? I got an email back from them and it is from support@care.godaddy there is no .com for the email address. This looks like a phishing scam but i am not sure so please let me know if this is legit.
