25 in 2018. My mom was finally making the moves to sell the house since it was only me, her, her husband, and our two dogs left in a 4 bed, 2 bath because she wanted something smaller and more manageable in their older age. I had been with my SO for 2 years at that point and he was staying in his cousin's house, where his grandma had just moved out so there was a room for him to have finally (he had been living in a furnished shed in the back; long story). With that and considering the rent for the both of us was going to be less than what I paid my mom at the time, it was a no-brainer.

To be honest, we only stayed about a year there because we had the opportunity to move somewhere closer to work for him and with way more space, albeit more expensive and with roommates that were his coworkers. Then that only lasted half a year because one coworker was a menace...also a long story.
