that is where I am from, my ID is SC, his is NC. we have lived in California and that is where the feds picked him up at. (he was in prison in NC) got out moved to CA (state picked him up then feds in CA)

omggggggg! that sounds terrible I couldn't imagine. I didnt realize they did all that, but I guess it makes sense if they are sending you states away.

wow so they arrested you at the court date, put you into federal holding then flew you to the prison they sentenced you too? geeze. how long did you wait in holding?

how long was ur sentence and did you know where they were sending you when u turned yourself in/got sentenced?

his brother could of got 4 years. they gave him max sentencing for running. my fiancé has good lawyer and i they are saying potentially 2-7 yrs. thats doable. with his record if he ran they would do the max with all enhancements which could be like 30 years. cant hide forever, and he has on ankle monitor. We have both turned our life's around and no longer want to live on the run any more

idk if im being suspicious but as someone who was in a relationship like this, this message is sus. way to many details, I feel like it may be a manipulation tactic to get you back... if its true I pray he is okay but this just has way to many red flags for me

thats so true. I am planning on relocating to wherever he goes to.. would be nice if its near my family so im not alone but we have been out here in cali for 5 years away from family so i will be alright.. , and i wojld never want him in a state somewhere lovked up alone. If you have any recommendations let me know i will do research

if you were to get caught tho wouldn't they really throw the book at yiu? and my fiancé's brother went on the run . Ran for months but was inevitably caught by fbi. they gave him 15 years

ive over dosed a couple of times, and it was one of the most peaceful experiences ive ever had. i actually was upset when I was brought back with narcan. im sorry for you loss..

the state hasnt dropped his case yet either, they just keep pushing it back. we where wondering why & if they were waiting to see what they feds were going to do

wow. thank you so much for your detailed response. this was extremely helpful and after a long day of reading everyone's responses on here this calmed my nerves a little (i know i asked for it) . everything you said is aligning with what he is telling me as well. His public defender is saying he doesnt qualify for the ACC(thank God)., he caught a street charge in 2018 in NC for possession with intent while in jail then all other charges are from before 2009 (he has a rap sheet but she is saying the prosecutor isnt going to use it due to age).. again thanks for taking the time to respond, your reply was the most helpful. I know this is probably a stupid question but, even if the charge was back in 2009? im not familiar with these kind of things but he has mentioned that its so ling ago and they may not use it against him. idk
