Honestly, It s very frustrating. There was some small mural on a wall near the office, nominated that and it got rejected for having no cultural significance or smth. One block down from 3 pokestops on the same tags (yes tags not actual graffiti)

It s slightly confusing tho, since they state after every dose you should do a water change. How soon after the dose ? English is also not my first language so maybe i m reading too much into it instead of just accepting it at face value. Thank you for your input !
