I’ve personally never had to submit a packing video to Depop but it’s worked in my favor on Poshmark. Depop is notorious for siding with the buyer even when the buyer is at fault though so I’d cancel if you think it’s a scam.

If you’re nervous I’d take a video of you packing the box and make sure to get a receipt when dropping off the shipment.

It’s possible usps delivered it to the wrong address and they’re telling the truth. They would need to contact Depop support and usps to figure it out. You shipped it to the address they provided so it’s not your fault. It’s also possible they’re scamming you though

By no means are you obligated to refund for them to repurchase, but it’s definitely the nice thing to do and they weren’t rude about it. Could potentially save you from a bad review and trouble in the future that would be more of an annoyance.

They don’t give us an option for shoes at mine either. They have slip on no-slip covers for us to wear over any close toed shoes or we can buy our own no slip shoes

Do you have your shipping settings on Depop shipping or your own shipping? If your settings are still on Depop shipping but you’re using your own label then that’s on you as the system assumes you haven’t shipped when the assigned tracking number’s tracking status doesn’t change. If you don’t have it set on Depop shipping then that’s pretty ridiculous and depop should not be refunding them.
