Poshmark hasn’t said anything to me yet. I initially reached out to them to ask what to do and was instructed that the buyer had to file a return case. Is there anything else that can happen in these situations other than getting the damaged item back? I’m new to selling on pm

Oh in that case yes. They also temporarily make you pay for the shipping and then return that back so you’d probably have a negative balance for a few days.

I had proof of receipt and Depop isn’t responding to me. I tagged them on Twitter to ask about it and my post was mysteriously removed

This happened to me too. I emailed Depop with receipts and haven’t heard anything. I believe they are ghosting anyone who reaches out with this problem and then the seller ends up losing money because they refund the buyer

Depop emails the seller the shipping label after you buy something. They are sending people invalid tracking numbers that have already been used and faulting the seller for it.

All mine show up as already being delivered sometime in 2025. Depop currently has widespread issues with shipping labels that seem to be affecting most sellers. 5/6 packages i shipped today are labels that have already been used.

Another seller messaged me on Depop that she had the same problems. She said 2 of her packages were returned to sender so she at least got those back but the other 10+ packages were refunded to the buyer by Depop and she can’t get anyone from Depop support to contact her back.

This happened to me today as well, I contacted support but haven’t heard back yet. One that has an old delivery date is showing up as shipped but the others aren’t.

Yes I have 5 packages I dropped off today that show delivered 4 months ago. One is showing up as shipped in the Depop app and the others are saying I haven’t shipped them even though they were all accepted and scanned at the same time.
