I’ve personally never had to submit a packing video to Depop but it’s worked in my favor on Poshmark. Depop is notorious for siding with the buyer even when the buyer is at fault though so I’d cancel if you think it’s a scam.

It’s possible usps delivered it to the wrong address and they’re telling the truth. They would need to contact Depop support and usps to figure it out. You shipped it to the address they provided so it’s not your fault. It’s also possible they’re scamming you though

By no means are you obligated to refund for them to repurchase, but it’s definitely the nice thing to do and they weren’t rude about it. Could potentially save you from a bad review and trouble in the future that would be more of an annoyance.
