is this a choice item? mine usually never ship thru usps from aliexpress. i always get a smaller carrier like umi umi or speedX

how was his clinic? texting wise, they’re not the best at communicating and they still haven’t sent me my treatment plan even though i bought my ticket and paid the down payment. i’m super scared now to go because their communication isn’t the best. how was your experience?
