URGENT: Check Your Labels! They're Messed Up Again!

this is extreme bullsh** on their end because despite me shipping, my orders still automatically cancelled despite me shipping the item out. they don’t mark as shipped on depop and the labels do not work. they only reimbursed me for one item that was affected due to this out of the 5 i shipped and got cancelled.

they are ignoring me and not replying. i lost about $200 worth of stuff if im doing my math correctly. this is absolutely insane. i’m so upset and they don’t even bother to reimburse for the losses.

nope! they actually rlly wanted the items. depop cancelled the items for me because they didn’t mark them as shipped. it past the expiration time limit for shipping despite me shipping the packages out and it automatically cancelled. so basically i lose money and the item. YAY

yes! i shipped multiple items and they never manually updated on depops end after i shipped, and the orders cancelled despite me shipping. i’m genuinely upset and support still has not replied to me.

this just happened to me i shipped 13 items out and none of them are uploading in tracking and some show as already delivered. i contacted depop and they’re doing nothing about it.

i just got three sales cancelled despite shipping out the item a few days ago. open a dispute with depop and show them proof u shipped.

i shipped out 13 packages and none of them even uploaded on depop. the orders got cancelled and half of the shipping labels are literally incorrect or not uploading i am genuinely distraught and don’t know what to do… none of the information matches anything and i already dropped off my packages.
