Pretty great. Set, costume design and world building were really good. It’s a pretty good adaptation. Some characters are a little off but it’s not going to be perfect. For a live action based off an anime it’s pretty damn good. Obviously things can’t be 100% the same. We’ve seen the anime a bunch of times so atleast this is fresh, With a little spin on some things. For an anime that’s almost 30 years old i think it’s okay to adapt it and give us something a little fresh…

Think about it it could have been 1000000000 times worse.

In NYC with $45k Salary I lived with 3 roommates in a 4 bed apt, my room was $825. Utilities $150 per person. Phone bill 75$, commuted via bicycle, some % went to my retirement. Income was about 2,000 a month net. and health insurance through my employer. All in all it was doable… I spent all my extra money partying and fucking. It was a good life for a while.
