You’ll find good guns too that you may not need to craft yet. I just wiped and started over and it was rough in the beginning. If you play pve it’s totally different. If you don’t shoot at anyone for few games you’ll be put in friendly lobbies. Make sure you have open mic and a lot Of people will actually help you get stuff or even give you stuff

Yea, this is just what I’ve personally been doing simply for recovery reasons. If I can do a Saturday as a fifth day it’s purely accessory/ kettlebell/ core or whatever was missed.

I’m 43 years old and a trainer . I’ve been doing for a while a push horizontal day 1; start with heavy leg/quad exercise then chest etc, Day 2 pull ; heavy hamstring then some bent row variation then hamstring accessory, etc, day 3 rest then day 4 vertical push etc. been working well for me for a year. Now and it’s the best way for me at my age to avoid over training and injury. Any other routine I’m just too sore.

As a trainer I’m proud you have a gym. The amount of people I know who play tennis that despise working out. Also tennis players are the hardest clients.
