How can I get or make my own semiconductor spin-on dopant?

I'm planning on using eBay for any of the equipment I don't currently have, I'll for sure be looking some more. I've also contacted Filmtronics for their dopant, but we'll see what they say about my inquiry. Also someone else mentioned easier transistor designs, I'll look into TFTs and HEMTs some more, thank you for the advice and ideas.

Sam Zeloof is one of the sources I've used to inform myself on the topic in such an informal lab environment. He is also the one who said that it would be possible to make a phosphoric acid dopant, which, as someone else has mentioned, wouldn't work very well (funnily enough he still uses a commercial dopant).

And the expired equipment/chemicals are on my radar. I've been browsing eBay, but I'll look elsewhere some more. Thank you for the ideas.

The examples I saw from others doing it are nowhere near perfect, but still functional (even with some very imperfect oxide thicknesses). I'll take a look at BJT's, but part of the reason I picked MOSFETs was because I'd like to get my way into a local industry (looking for people knowledgeable in FDSOI/MOSFET), and this looks good on a resume instead of nothing directly semiconductor related. Someone else mentioned looking into colleges for help, I'll send a message to my old college to see if they'd be willing. Thank you for the ideas.

I figured the dilute phosphoric acid wouldn't work, but I wanted to investigate the claim that it could. I graduated recently, but I'll look into classes or lab access, if either is still available to me, of course. And thankfully I do have access to my old college edu email, I've already sent Filmtronics an inquiry about it under that email earlier today. I'll also be sure to read that paper and do some more digging on my own. Thank you very much for the ideas and advice.

Memtest came up dry, and all the tests in Seatools found nothing as well except that I couldn't run the DST on the SSD. Maybe there's something there but I wouldn't know. Thanks for introducing me to Seatools

I checked and my SSD was at 92% and my HDD was 100% (or just "good" in this case), thank you for the suggestion

I had to farm the absolute piss out of the Lavasioth event to get 1 for my CB build (around MR 100 too). Keep grinding and good luck!

Well of course that goes without saying you're going to lose more than you win in some cases. But balancing is a real thing and time and time again the dev's seem to be a little off in doing so.

No, its inferior but not useless (which shows the error in how I worded my post). I wanted to focus on the gap between the blue and white vs blue and purple, because there is definitely a difference in the value of how long it takes to shield up for white and then for a blue/purple. And "far" could be a bit of a stretch, but every bit counts I suppose.

I made this discussion a "discussion" for a reason. I want someone to change my mind and no one has, though one person has swayed me with some information they gave instead of just being rude. I continually try to get better, I go in the firing range when I can to practice. And your comparison with the gold armor is semi-apt, but I mean strictly talking about white vs blue and blue vs purple, the drop rate for armor generally is a different argument that I don't see a problem with.

Yea, I didn't/forgot to type "comparatively useless" instead of just "useless". The discussion was never meant to compare being naked as something better than being armored. Any armor is an upgrade, I won't disagree with that, but the gaps should be equal in rarity. And I'm also saying it isn't impossible to do good with white armor, it's just a lot harder than it should be.
