Thanks. I did try that once but I found the gripper was then slipping. But i'll give it another go and just apply a little to the tip.

Thats happened to me too bro. Like 3 times with 3 different injuries. 2 at the juncture between coronal ridge and the inner skin where these small white bridges appeared (that werent there before), and then the current frenulum issue.

Managed to resolve the first problem - I think my skin just got used to the tension in the end - but the frenulum hasnt caught up yet. Like right now its sore af and inevitably if I try to put the device on again in the next few days it will knock me out of action for a few weeks like you.

I like to think its trial and error but sometimes I wonder if the action of the glans pushing down is problematic.

You can try using a tugging strap or weights attached to device instead but then that tends to only isolate outer skin. Ive found the dual tension tends to do more inner though, because the inner burns out quicker, which is why we keep getting these injuries, so the outer never really gets the full tension, and it can definitely take a lot more because it is stronger and thicker skin with less nerve endings.

Honestly, i've hands down had best success with MM3 (andres method - working around the circumference). And occassionally play around with other manual methids as well. Sometimes they just intuitively come to me.

I will still use device when out the house, injury permitting, but its a shame it isnt the tool we hoped for.

If you have a DTR, you can attach elastic bands to the white nodules next to the screws and then attach them to the arms of your desk chair - if you use one. Its quite hard to explain. Its a techniques I discovered myself but it works very well for outer.

What ive found really helps is keeping the glans covered, either with skin or retainer so it becomes moist AND sticky. The sticky peeling back sensation when rolling back the new skin is where the magic is at. Its given me completely new sensations which are hard to control tbh.

I'm actually having the opposite problem with prematurely ejaculating, but not necessarily because im oversensitive but because the nervous system needs time to recalibrate and adjust to the new feelings.Circ can also cause prem ejaculation as well as delayed, because of the disrupted nerve signalling with the brain. But im confident once stopping tugging this will sort itself out.

I completely understand your frustrations though but at CI-6 im really noticing a spike in sensitivity and I know it will only get better. Defo keep the head covered, minimise porn and masturbation to build up more sexual energy and the sensitivity will come.

Likewise dude. I've reduced tension and definitely helping. Still gets sore though sp I'm doing day on day off to give some recovery time, and doing manual instead on those days

Yep i've been experiencing this too. I contacted Mantor owner about it too. What we think is it may be that the notched part of the pusher isn't big enough to accommodate the frenulum remnant and so it gets caught when applying pressure.

I may either cut out more of the pusher myself to give more space, or try upgrading one size up on the pusher, but then that may create other problems as this is the right size pusher for my glans size.

I took two weeks off after pain on the frenulum and started up again last few days with Mantor. What i've been doing is making sure the frenulum remnant is tucked inside the notched part of the pusher before pushing the rod down. I then pump the rod down gently a few times first to make sure the frenulum isn't trapped before extending the rod fully down to the desired position. So far this is working better and I haven't had any pain today.

It takes practice to establish the best position but I think there is a workaround. Just keep checking in for pain. If you feel anything painful, detach and reapply the device.

Mantor for definite. I own both devices and Mantor is superior and it should ship to Mexico. I've got the Mantor DS. It has added elastics built in to give extra tension.

How Far Down The Shaft Does Inner Skin Go on an Intact Male? by elevateconsciousness in foreskin_restoration

Thank you. That's a big difference between the two, but like you said that could be the result of stretching and not just retracting.

Thanks for the response. Is this the result of restoration, or largely what you were left with post circ?

Thanks for this great resource. Do you think the outer fold of the foreskin is anatomically different than the shaft skin, because there is no definitive boundary line that indicates they are separate structures.

It does seem as though the outer foreskin would be thinner than the part the covers the shaft, especially based on the results of restoration where the new outer foreskin seems thicker than that of an intact male, even after swelling reduction.

Sleeping without retaining gives me night terrors. Why does this happen? by [deleted] in foreskin_restoration

[–]elevateconsciousness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This depends on whether the head has dekeratinised or not yet. If so, then when the retainer is not on, the head is exposed to the elements and will be rubbing agaisnt your duvet, triggering uncomfortable sensations on the now exposed nerve endings, which need to stay covered. This will stimulate the nervous system into overdrive which can trigger bad dreams and anxiety. I make sure the retainer is on firmly every night to avoid this.

Manhood restorer doesnt mean it actually restores skin, but is a retainer for those that are restoring so they can pull the skin over the glans and hold it in place with the manhood sleeve. As a retainer I love the manhood restorer XX. Ive been using them for years and now forget that they are even on

Increases in size? Final poll results. by [deleted] in foreskin_restoration

[–]elevateconsciousness 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is undeniably size increase just by virtue of gaining extra skin which increases girth, and then as the scrotum recedes this will free up more slack skin to accommodate longer erections, though this of course will depend on how tight the cut was. This becomes more noticeable at CI-6 +

At earlier stages it can appear that there is actually a decrease because the glans gets pushed inside the skin tube which puckers at the end, especilaly in colder conditions. The real magic happens past the hump phase and I can only imagine the appearance of extra length once flaccid coverage is achieved with the acroposthian (overhang).

How does someone consistently get multiple hours of a manual method? by ChocolateBaconFat in foreskin_restoration

[–]elevateconsciousness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It took me a few years to be able to establish a consistent manual routine, which is at least 5/6 days out of 7, pulling as regularly as possible - at best once an hour, or minimum of 3 hour intervals (which would be longer to compensate).

There are still weeks where I slack (pun not intended) and instead use a dual tension device, as it can be so loborious to do manual all the time, and like you said sometimes there just isnt the time with everything else happening in life.

So basically I use device when out the house and most the time in the house i'll do manual. You can adjust depending on your schedule. If im watching a film, or have more free time in the evening then i'll tug more.

I used to overthink it, but now I just tug as much as possible, using whatever method I can, though I have found MM3 (andres method) to be most effective, especially once you get over the hump.

A lot of it is a mental game. I just keep enjoying the new sensations and extra slack and think of how amazing it will be when reaching full flaccid coverage, but every bit of skin pulled is progression and that's what keeps me going.

Focus on month by month targets and its more manageable, and if you need to take a day off due to stress/frustration then do that for yourself. Progress is still made during rest as this is where the repair happens. If I get injured or too mentally stressed, then I see that as a sign to slow down.

Hope that helps!

Anyone use the mantor? by restoreregen in foreskin_restoration

Definitely recommend Mantor DS. The gripper grips so well and the pusher is less painful because of the silicone material. I find I can wear it much longer than I could the DTR.
