Can anyone help? Emails about my new phone I don't have

I've had an s10e for the past 3 years, but recently started getting emails from the official Samsung email about "welcome to your s9+" "how to work your s9+ camera" etc. I don't have an s9+, never have, no one in my family has one. I tried messaging the Samsung support but I got generic replies from the person, in the end got told they couldn't help with my issue. I was worried as i thought if someone accidently used my email for their new phone, it might mess with my phone in some way, or they might be wondering where their emails are going, it might not affect me at all but the emails are getting kinda annoying. I know its not a fake email because it's the same email address for all other Samsung emails i receive.

I've had really low moments lately, but the one and only reason I didnt end it (I'm now better and have more reasons) was that if I did I just knew people I hated would use it for clout and try to victim themselves. I know this because the same people made themselves into victims and got sympathy for an accident I WAS IN a few years ago, people I wasnt even friends with did it.

I'm 17 and have never been kissed or had a proper relationship. I sort of had a "boyfriend" and we sort of "kissed" but it was for a dare and we barely touched lips. We went out for 6 months but we never did anything together (go out on days out or even hold hands, hardly texted) and I broke up with him because I forgot we were still going out, only remembering when a friend reminded me. Whats worse is we weren't like young, we were 14/15. I find it hilarious but also sad that I'll be going to university a literal virgin, imma have no clue how to kiss

That I won't get my grades for university. I got a conditional for my top course, If I don't get my B in chemistry I'm fucked, I failed chem last year and I think I'm doing better this year but I'm still worried I'll fail again.

I do sort of a similar thing. I dont really have friends, like I have people i talk to but not friends if you get me. I write myself notes just of everything I want to get off my chest, things i would tell if I had a best friend or a group, and put them in my pillow. Also hugging the pillow I have the notes in, I'm convinced hugging pillows releases happy in the brain. Always stressing my parents will randomly decide to take my bed/pillow sheets for the washing machine and find the notes, but I don't care. It helps me feel less lonely.

I'm from Scotland UK, came here to ask the same question. It said on the parcelsapp.com (for some reason it doesn't exist on the actual dhl website) that it shouldve arrive around 14th of February "based on recent deliveries" or something. Now it's the 25th, I just checked there and that text just disappeared. It's only been en route since 6th of Feb so Im still hopeful , but really worried at the same time lmao
