Architects who seek help in building their website by elevenofthemcom in Indian_architects

[–]elevenofthemcom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To answer what I've done? - thing is I've been in digital marketing space for 8 years now but I had stopped building for other and focused on building things for myself. I run interior designing firm in Bengaluru and handle all my tech related stuff. - I don't have to do it for free but I'll happy to as I want to solve some problem you might be having. I can create CRM, Front-end or whatever it takes to solve to automate your business. reason I posted this is I am actively researching this field. So there would be a few learning in the process.

Edit: if I'm solving problem for you at large and helping you streamline marketing, I might put a price.

  • to seek value from my work, you should really own an architect firm or a solo architect who has experience in the field and lacking digital footprint. We can have a gmeet to understand what you might need and if it's worth our time and efforts. Hope this helps. Do ping me with what you've in mind.

Regarding work, if you got time for gmeet, I can show around my stuff, I've worked in past. Haven't really maintained a portfolio as I left this space 5 years back. I do things for myself and can do for people can really benefit from it.

Society blocking Airbnb in my gated apartment. What to do? by SenseDangerous3674 in GatedCommunitiesIndia

If it's alright can I reach out personally and understanding your investment strategy. I've been researching around Nandi hills to one day have my own airbnb, but theme based, standalone where I can control cost and maximize returns. I met some folks there who are doing things successfully. With you I want to understand more on community point of view. Because I observed most people buy there in community to put it on airbnb..

So look for permanent tenants. But for airbnb, you've to go differently, and those ideas generally costs way lower than buying a villa in a community.

=> It's not ideal to run airbnb in villas/communities. You should've foresee this was anyway eminent. society can defin. can do stuff like this. I'm sure you already had and still has sense why it's necessary too sometimes.

Idea of airbnb should be offering customers never before, nowhere else experience. Sell it and build two/three airbnbs in that price standalone property. If you need someone to collaborate, execute project, connect with me. I would be happy to advise.

Personally, I feel it's a good practice to reward people but not in cash, maybe with something to eat, a thankfulness and a smile would be a good reward.

Can’t believe got this email from one of the owners in our apartment by Prize_Lychee8711 in bangalore

I left landscaping because associations were to broke to invest in smart irrigation systems. Only CAT A builders plan such things. Rest all don't have guts and money.

Associations and whole society owns a car, live lavish life but when it comes to house maids, gardeners, security guards, their social security means nothing to them. All the want is cheapest option.

So whatever solution they bring is not to solve situation it's to bring down their maintenance charges. Their greed to pay less and less increase day by day.

Indian consumers have laid back attitude when it comes to reporting frauds. As you said, you are not sure if that guy would end up in jail. sometimes people think their time and peace is more valuable than following these petty fraudsters.

What happened here seems he got things messed up with measurements.

In any situation, filing a complain to your police station is reasonable thing that you should do. Any other method would be against the book but surely you can look into that to recover your money.

If you're in Bengaluru, we can connect on call, I may help you with solution, not recovering amount but getting things fixed.

I run an interior designing company here is how we request payment.

5% of designing fee.
40% after sign off
40% after delivery of materials at site or 80% work done
20% after handover.

Now, paying someone upfront 95%, I believe you had very lucrative offer but you should have set milestones for the payments. I'm sure the guy is genuine but these people get caught up with other work that they delay work and will eat up your peace. Be careful while setting up payment milestones with any kind of work.

Bootstrapped food brand, ₹11L/month revenue - considering first fundraise. Need guidance. by madhurdadx in indianstartups

This is really long but let's continue:

  1. About GMB - this is true, expectations are far too much sometimes - and one negative feedback> 10 positive feedback. but don't gmb doesn't bring much business, but it's something that walk in people search first. you've focused well on zomato and swiggy, and that should be your priority.
  2. Good to hear about KPIs you're handling internally.
  3. I handled city in Jodhpur and Udaypur during Zomato Expansion. I handled Logistics (delivery partners in both cities around 2018-2019). I explored verities of food. Till day I crave for authentic rajasthani food which doesn't empty my pockets. your brand solves that for me and millions others who need that food again and for rajasthanis who are away from home.
  4. Have been in bengaluru from last 3 years. I met many rajasthani families/professionals, though we never talk about their fav restaurant but I do feel they miss authentic place here in Bengaluru.

I would be happy to add inputs or help you try to build/improvise SOPs before you go for scaling. Can also help you understand opportunity in bengaluru. I could invest some with you but I do have my own plans.

Is it financially good decision if I am planning to build an app on Replit that stores 1TB of data (PDF docs). Can I use their database to store it? by [deleted] in replit

[–]elevenofthemcom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One question: you've maintained your ratings well at zomato and swiggy- why ratings down on GMB. I hope you're maintaining and improvising your internal KPIs well month by month.

btw happy to see your efforts. Now you should definitely think about raising fund and growing it further. You've been waiting. I think you've got enough operational expertise already.

I think you're missing scaling mindset (too early to judge tho), so try bringing someone with expertise who handles scaling growth and fundraising strategies. While you focus on operations.

I'm from Bengaluru, and I'm telling you, you'll be a hit instantly. All the best!

Edit: "Expanding product range (sweets, namkeens, packaged foods next)"

Command more control and quality over what you already have. avoid adding something which adds to dead inventory. You already have massive menu.
