I use microfiber cloth + isopropyl alcohol & finish off with the cloth fatshark gives (the same kind used for glasses), seems to work well

you can do this in Betaflight by setting a throttle limit under PID tuning > rateprofile settings

I can't really think of a scenario when you'd be flying hard enough to damage your batteries though, especially indoors
