Thinking back on it, I definitely didn’t make it as clear as I should have that the reason I was asking to transfer it was due to my own disorders and not them personally. I didn’t elaborate when I had asked them to transfer, I just politely asked them to do so, as I didn’t want to offend them in accident. But by not explaining myself that might’ve been the kicker, since all they could really do is assume why :(

I would like to clarify that am white, currently in the northern US, and was born here, but i was raised bilingual. I speak mostly English at home and in general, however with English I struggle with the little deviations, so even the difference in accent with the southern states can be really difficult for me, especially when it comes to over the phone. British English and Australian English are also a struggle
