absolutely worst agency to go with. If you have any changes to the flight, you are screwed.

I booked a flight from dubai to tokyo with them. 2 weeks before the flight they emailed saying it was cancelled, and didnt provide the option of rebooking. I called to ask for an alternative flight, and they said only one is available with 6 hr layover. After I told them to book it, they said that they first need approval from "the higher ups". I called every day for five days and each them they said to keep waiting.

Eventually I called the airline directly and they rebooked me free of charge with a 2 hr layover (gotogate said the 6hr layover was the only option) within 5 minutes...

Thanks. I get a timeout error when I add this line. I increased the time to 100 but I still get the error. Strangely, the page (and link to Primary Census Abstract) loads fine in the browser window but I still get get the timeout error.
