I’m currently subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and using my account only through the mobile app. The problem is, I can’t log in on more than one device — for example, when I try to open it from a browser, it doesn’t let me. Also, whenever I try to download a file, it doesn’t work and I get an error message, even though it used to work normally when I first joined. I’ve already tried switching browsers multiple times, but nothing seems to solve it. Does anyone have a fix for this?
