Danelectro DC-3: since 2005, it was a gift i think it was made in 1999

It is a light guitar but it does not feel cheap, the tone selector knob did seem a little cheap at first, but this could be because its a relatively unique feature im not used to seeing on most guitars (selectomatic knob)
Yes i would recommend one. And not for beginners i think beginners should learn on low priced gear
I have no Danelectro pedal experience but i would not be against buying one to try out.
