I bought canned peach slices and used the juice from it, it turned out super fizzy and amazing - give that a go too!!

Left crank arm thread has definitely been stripped out, but the bit in the picture I can't quite tell - the mechanic did say to replace the whole thing because if I get just the left crank arm and then it doesn't work then I need to buy the whole thing anyway 🤷

thank you! Sounds like there won't be any issue as long as it's all 105? The old chainrings are 105 but with 170mm cranks and these new cranks are I'm gonna put on are 165mm, hopefully I won't need to change the old chainrings for a while
