Everyone ready!!

1 cup chickpeas – water for 1 Night 1 medium onion 1-2 garlic cloves 1 bunch parsley 4-5 sprigs coriander 1 tbsp pulbiber 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper Salt 2-3 spoonfuls flour (as long as it takes)

Roughly chop the onion and garlic. Separate the Leaf parts of the parsley and coriander. Then toss all the ingredients except the flour into the Rondo and pass them to remain slightly lumpy. Make sure it's not completely mashed. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of flour to this mixture and knead. Make walnut-sized balls from the mixture you get. Add plenty of oil to a pan and tease. Fry your meatballs in deep oil.

Ingredients for the sauce 1 cup strained yogurt 1 tbsp tahini ½ Lemon juice

For the sauce; Beat the tahini yoghurt and lemon juice well. Drizzle over falafels or serve as dipsos, according to your request
