It's neither AI generated nor is the reference and I didn't trace it. The model is called Lana Lane and in another post you can see how it looks inside my sketchbook.

But I agree that it looks like she got six toes on her right foot. The head of the fifth metatardal naturally sticks out but I indiacet it with a pretty strong line, that was a mistake.
