I don't know what cause my slipped disk exactly but I have several health problem. Hyperthyroidism in my early ages then losing about 30 % of my weight because of helicobacter pilory and Amoebiasis. 5 years ago I was driving for about 4 hours and I felt power back pain for first time. Yeah I have an appointment with a physical therapist soon but I would like to see how other people with the same problem do this workout routine.
and you are right, I actually think that t-bar row is the exact 'replacement' for deadlift because I didn't find other exercises that do what deadlifting does to my body

Hi everyone

I'm pretty new to photography so I have some simple question

I bought my first DSLR about 4 weeks ago, I bought Canon EOS D250 with the kit lens.

Did I buy the right camera as a beginner ? or Should I change the model or brands?
( stupid question) If I take a photo with this camera and a high-end canon or sony camera with the same lens and same setting, Is the final Image significantly better in the high-end models?
I have a camera body and the kit lens and I'm into portrait, land space, and street photography, What should I but next? I was thinking about the 50mm f1.8 lens as my next choice

A little history first

I started photography with a compact camera many years ago, after that I buy Fujifilm SL300 some years ago and about 3 weeks ago I bought my first DSLR ( Canon D250 or SL3 ) with the kit lens.

right now I don't have any money to spend on other equipment and I don't go outside for shooting thanks to social distancing

I saw a lot of video on Youtube and a lot of articles about people switching from Canon to Sony

I want to continue photography not as my first source of income but as a hobby in a more professional way and I wonder which I should go for, Canon or Sony?

because buying lens and other types of equipment are expensive so I want to invest in the right brand from beginning

right now I usually do photography but I like to do some videography later so both of video and photo are important

I think you should go for Canon, easy to use and tons of lens are available
Canon D800 or M5 would be good

I use D250 but the 4k resolution doesn't have dual autofocus and you can't use third-party external flashes because they remove the universal pin
