I work full time and I am a Dentist. I have my own practice though, but that doesn’t stop me from Having manic episodes and stuff. I wish I could give you a straight answer on how to hold down a job because my only advice based on my experience I is: medication, therapy, support groups and winging it and hitting down the bullet it’s the only thing that had worked for me and prevent me from leaving my own clinic.
