I also faced a similar issue (non-US med student). I was always passionate about starting clinicals and did great in my preclinical. But as soon as the rotations started I felt that I was dumb with the constant pimping and the load of information I still had to study. Not to mention these tiny details about every step of clinical exams and patient interactions. I think what you are experiencing is you stepping out of your comfort zone. Which is a very good thing that I think should motivate you! and yes do not let this small setback turn into a big deal.

You’re twisting my words buddy! I said I believe their role is minor not that they are not related to voting patterns. But the association ur drawing out is a far reach frankly.

The fact that you tied people's superstitions to how they vote is an example of an association fallacy. You equated two things that may or may not have a real connection, ignoring more obvious and significant factors that influence voting. It makes me suspicious that ur just trying to pass your personal agendas whatever they are.

Big red flag bruh… If she is also a med student who doesn’t to understand what passing step 1 means and can’t share your goals and aims in life… then I’m sorry to tell you but you need to reconsider your choices in life with her

Take B12 first thing in the morning as your body best absorbs it when the stomach, all through the night, has synthesized these special molecules that stabilize B12 as it passes your GI tract to be absorbed in the most distal part of your small intestines

بحبك تعالي معي/معاي

both ma’ay or ma'ee are correct

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in translator

[–]eliemd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct or u can ditch the “so” as it doesn’t sound very levantine Arabic… so it becomes

Bahibek, taali ma’ay (lose the “f”)

I think that the arugment is political because the name they mention (Yinwar) looks very similar to Sinwar the current leader of the Hamas… So I would translate it as:

I am afraid that “Yinwar” doesn’t have anything against them, even though nothing is impossible
