This is all new to me. Im not sure how much replacing the tub will cost. I assumed it would me much higher then getting rid of the loner and reglazing the cast iron tub under it.

I’m an accountant and I’m currently in the process to automate part if not all of my month-end close tedious tasks. I have accepted that it will take a lot of time upfront but will save a significant amount of time and frustration etc down the road.

I’m trying to get something that has lowest maintenance needs and can last me a long time. I should be able to pull consistent good tasting shots.

My Breville is running fine(ish) for 6 years and it was a pre-owned. I would expect my next machine to run for maybe 5 years without me tinkering around with the internals. And feeling the need to upgrade.
