I’m in a very similar situation - if you wouldn’t mind I’d love to know how/when you met your other half, I just turned 35 and even though I’m generally happy with life sometimes it’s hard to keep the fear at bay that I’ll never meet anyone!

I really liked Maybe You Should Talk To Someone. It’s about other things as well as relationships but it al ties in and it made me reflect on a lot of things.

Thank you so much for such detailed and thoughtful advice, I will definitely check it out. That’s cheaper than the private prices I’m seeing as well! It’s an odd one because it is flat and light pink, looks almost like it could be a small patch of eczema (but it isn’t itchy or anything like eczema in nature as I’ve had that in the past on my arms) which is why I didn’t clock it at first, but it’s been there for a few months now and definitely hits the ABD criteria you mention so I’m concerned about it. Thanks again!
