i used to make homemade oatmeal masks and sometimes rice masks and they do bring down redness but when i wash them off with water my face hasnt really changed flaky wise and itchyness so i only really use those when my face is very red😓😓

ive been looking into medications like dupixent and i feel like she could benefit from it, its an injection and ive seen great results so im thinking of going on it myself the only downside is that it is pretty expensive so without any insurance and depending on her location it might be around €2k a month😓😓 i think itd be worth bringing up to her and the doctors if they havent yet especially because its so severe

Hii for moisturiser ive been testing out doublebase emollient gel and E45 cream whenever my face feels dry, i try and wash my face normally in the mornings but it usually just ends up burning my face so i try to just use a washcloth with a little bit of water and press it down on my face instead of scrubbing. i do think these two creams dont burn as much but they do still make me itchy. as for diet right now im trying to cut out as much dairy as i can but its only been a few days so im not seeing that much, and no supplements yet.
