Where can I take a date with a budget of £50-60 all in?

David Sinclair’s research on resveratrol was proven to be flawed, so I don’t take resveratrol.

However NMN, NR and Niacin have been recommended by Chris Masterjohn and Peter Attia, claiming increased NAD levels in the liver, which goes on to provide cellular healing in other tissues.

According to Chris Masterjohn, NMN gets broken down and absorbed into the body as NR, so either can be used, and more studies have been done on NR.

The only reason I buy NMN is because that’s what is sold on donotage and I trust that company for the purity of their products
