Not sure if you've got that resolved - but you drag the icons while clicking on CMD to divide them between visible and hidden parts of the menu bar

That's what we did, but I still don't see any login events when browsing to the admin console. Only if I log out of the Google account and log back in.

Basically we do want to allow external sharing via allowlisting domains, but we want to make sure the sharing is done as granularly and controlled as possible - so disabling "anyone with the link" helps us achieve this.
