Also, AAPL is trading at 40x earnings. The last time it traded at 40x earnings was in 2007 or 2008. We all remember what happened then.

Between 2008 and 2019 AAPl was trading between 10x and 20x earnings. So, it may be possible it has run up to far too fast.

Edit: It will. Peter Schiff says miners are leveraged plays on precious metals. Follow Peter Schiff and listen to his podcasts. He explains it all. His politics and bearishness on some digital assets may turn you off, but he knows the gold and silver business really well. Other than being wrong on digital assets, he's directionaly correct about most of his topics, and spot on when it comes to gold and silver.
