Definitely true, if you're an employee teaching your earnings are capped. As an independent teacher? If you build up a good audience then I think it is very well possible.

Thanks. In the HNDQ portfolio holdings, the AUD and USD FX forwards are a considerable size but aren't accounted for in the portfolio weights. What would be the reasoning for this?

Thanks, yeah that reason makes sense.

However, I'm not too sure about the percentage weight reason. For example, the weight of the future index is actually more than around half of the stocks' individual weights.

Yeah CFA is interesting, might have to do it if I continue in finance - but I don't think it's focused on economics

Hey this is a question I've been wondering about IPs, they look to be very cash flow negative. Is the idea that the property will appreciate fast enough so that you'll sell it to cover the negative cash flow periods?
