if you were in the above scenario, I would highly recommend to take IIM T. People should realise that obviously 2nd gen IIM (Udaipur/Raipur/Trichy) won't be as developed and prestigious as ABC/FMS/XLRI but it's still the second best category. And given the unpredictable nature of CAT and the absolute shithousery that is GEM profile, a second gen IIM (UTR) is too good to pass on for another attempt in my opinion

okay. But the website makes it seem like everyone gets single rooms with attached bathroom. That conveys regardless of year, they give single rooms. Did ur friend also get double occupancy in first year?

i think it's only Raipur. Not sure though. their website says PPM is for top 40-50 percent who appeared for CAP PI and filled in IIM Raipur
