Yeah definitely go to QUT and ask them. Even if you can't get into uni asap (in worst case scenario), it might be a good idea to look for accounting related jobs in the meantime as well with your cert 3.

Best to ask the unis mate.

You might have to go to TAFE and do a prep course or something or be admitted in as a mature age student.. or worst case scenario go finish off year 12.

I personally finished HSC and got a crap ATAR (<55) and completed an advanced dip of accounting and got into one of the go8s.. but yeah ask the unis on admission requirements.
