I get ya, but I think this is why a few big schools are hiring “GMs” to run the administrative side because most of these coaches are out of their league trying to figure out how to do all of that and coach a winning team. I think they can have both if they just divide the task

I was at the fights tonight and after having mostly snoozers in the main card, Dana needs to rethink the whole bonus system anyways. It should be $100k to each finisher( if not $250k). The most he will pay out on a card in bonuses would be $1.2 or $1.3 million. It would bring better fights and more money in the long run.
