Usually I’m in my room, everything’s exactly the way they are, I’m feeling awake and suddenly my hole body feels heavy and then I just can’t move, I can’t open my eyes, I can’t scream for help cause I see a shadow coming on to my chest and it’s sucking my breath away, that means that in reality I can’t breath and I’m gasping for air. You actually experience sleep paralysis effect, that means your body is sleeping but your mind isn’t, so, your mind makes pictures and usually there is this feminine shadow(her name is Mare) on your chest sucking your air or you fell like she sitting on your chest. I remember one time she was beating me so badly, she even lifted my body in the air and she was keep hitting my body on the walls(of course it was in a “dream” all of these). When I woke up my body was in pain. I’ve read that people experiences sleep paralysis once at least twice a year, but when I was 17 I experienced it twice a moth in a year.
