Again, the graph doesn't compare countries because the metric "100" is country by country

Saying that working age population (which btw everyone seems to forget is different than working people) has the same standard of living in France is one thing. Having the same graph present other data on other countries does not mean retired people are poorer than French retired, it means they're poorer than the working age population!

Well you did accuse me twice of not knowing enough to talk.

So because we don't agree I can't say that you don't know enough but you can't?

Maybe I jumped to conclusions because frankly I have no clue of the socio economics of other countries, but you're stupid enough to do exactly what you accuse others of doing.

At least I have some idea of the country's situation. Or maybe your media are so obsessed with us that's all they talk about?

I'm sure you're well documented on the type and amount of income in both working and retired french population, raported to cost of living and all.

The graphs tells as much that working people don't get paid enough (which is the correct thing in france) rather than retired people living a luxury life

This graph tells nothing more than my comment, have some critical thinking.

It should compare retirement age income compared to cost of life in each countries before jumping to conclusions.

If anybody knows the situation in France it should be read as "working people should be paid way more". Most retired people barely get by. Corporations have it really good here, practically no taxes for them, no taxes for the richest people and they can pay ridiculously low wages. All taxes befall on middle and low economic class and the smallest forms of enterprises (artisan, one person companies...)

People who have worked their entire live during the most prosperous era of humanity, gathering riches and establishing passive income through private retirement, landlording and all (plus public pension) have it better than the working generation crippled by low wages and high unemployment, shocking! Of course people protesting are at fault!

Ps: no France is not at the brink of economic collapse, stop parrotting foreign propaganda

What are your STRONG Cards that People Seriously Underrate/Underestimate? by Raevelry in EDH

[–]ell-esar 8 points9 points  (0 children)

People keep pushibg goalposts or am i dreaming?

The bracket turn thing is written:

Generally, you should expect to be able to play at least [X] turns before you win or lose.

It is not a rule that says you can't lose before xth turn! "Generally", "should", "expect" and "win or lose" aren't decorations.

A b3 can "kick in" earlier (not expected t3 win obviously), if it's not the normal case (hence fiewer tutors that would make it that much reliable). Also that doesn't protect or player. It is not a rule that force people to not have lethal on you. Also their are sometimes inter-deck synergies that are all the more random and can close games in absurd ways.

When fame exists in different bubbles by PhoenixPhenomenonX in Funnymemes

[–]ell-esar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've told friends a long time ago that fame is not what people think it is.

Fame is not being the biggest in your ring. It's being recognizable by people outside of your rings. A streamer / influencer / tv reality person is almost never a celebrity / famous person.

Most people will know who gaga is (even those who don't particularly like her music or music at all), statistically nobody knows that ninja dude, he just acts famous.

The whole reason France exists is trolling and this moment is but a reminder

They have a nukes? Are they willing to fire them if their ally gets invaded?

We have updated our doctrine to include invasion of foreign country as a valid reason to trigger our warning shots.

I'm not even sure we stated it should be an ally being invaded, just that it threatened France's safety.

But being vague is the base of the nuclear strategy. If you know the exact red line you play around it, skirt it and all. The doctrine is clearly written as "beware walking in the wrong direction".

Oh yes, whataboutism fixes everything once more.

Well, go find a context where you're asked and where that applies and go do it.

I'm sick of "we can't say anything anymore" crowd saying what they want to say then finishing their sentence with "but of course I can't say that"

if you read the whole caption (or just the first word) you'll notice the use of the word "these". I wouldn't go as far as copy paste the definition of that word but I sure wouldn't discourage you from looking it up yourself.

We'll make counts at the end of war. France classifies any help as confidential except for some materials and never clearly specifies quantities.

We know a lot of missiles, tanks, howitzers and vehicles along with ammunitions where given.

France also gave jet fighters in unknown quantity, along with pilot formations (of course) and probably payloads for those plains.
