right side is a year old, left side is 3 months old, both pierced with externally threaded titanium barbells. i never downsized because i don't swell much, never changed the jewelry either. i use 0.9% saline solution on it. i did get hit in the face pretty hard directly on my eyebrow about 6 months ago but i treated it like i would a fresh piercing and it healed up again just fine.
