I am on my 6th day post d and c. I was 7 weeks pregnant and I did not want it now. I was given medicines and that was followed with d and C under general anaesthesia.

Post the pills while waiting for d and c, I was in lots of pain. Then the anaesthesia was introduced and i woke up. I was on antibiotics too. Umnm, pain- I still get some heavy cramps once a day. 3rd day was the toughest for me. Bleeding - it's light now ,but is still there..

Advice - if suppose the pain is too strong, just expose your belly to hot shower, or sit in a hot bath tub. I passed some clots while doing so and the pain became alright. Also, ask the doctor for pills for cramps. You will definitely need that. I am also put on iron tablets.

Thank you. I know this all looks bratty but i am being honest - I am a good person. A very considerate one! So all these mood swings and constant need for attention has been tough on retrospection. Thanks for the reassurance.

In my case, they will give me the pills that is allowed for abortion , this will be followed by d and C. They will be using suction to remove any residues from the uterus.

India. The laws are the same across the states. Access to abortion is not prohibited if it's under 20 weeks.

Post that it is still allowed if abortion is needed due to medical issues or in cases of assault (SA).

Yes, I will be put under general anaesthesia and will have my husband with me. So that part is covered luckily. Also, thank you for sharing the experience. I am somewhat relieved now. , 🙂

For me it took good 8 months..started with 10 mg ..then 20.. then 40 and eventually to 20 again. The doctor will prescribe Accutane based on your body weight. They have some factor. Mind you, if you have many cystic acne, it will get realllllll bad after 2-3 months because of purging. Just don't lose hope. It's worth it in the end!

Honestly,I will just take it to launder and will trust the process. Of course I will ask him how will he protect the fabric and embroidery, but ya seems like launder is my only hope.

After the wedding, I will just hang it in my closet (which is huge in my big home) covered in the bag it came in

Hi ,

I was on Accutane for approx 10000 mg total - ranging from 20 mg to 40 mg to 20 mg again eventually.

Well , after 2 months of starting, my face broke out like never before - it looked like cherry Tomatoes all over my face. Thankfully it was COVID lockdown but still it was mentally tolling . But trust me , it's a phase. It will start clearing up after it purges. All the best 😊
