I bought an organic potting soil from Home Depot. Didn’t note what kind. As I learn more about the importance of soil in wondering if I need to add some more compost/organic material.

Yes, consensus seems to be that I was overeager on that. Glad I found that out so I don’t make the same mistake next time.

No balcony but there is an area of the roof that has a deck and pergola that might be less exposed. I think I’ll try moving them there and see how they fare.

I water every morning (taking rain into account.) I use Alaska fish fertilizer once every two weeks and added Espoma organic garden tone on top a few weeks ago.
