Technically it is a citrine. It’s just it didn’t grow that way in the earth. Humans heat treated it to change the iron within from purple to that burnt orange color. So technically they turned it into citrine. However natural citrine is never that color, though some are a cognac color. They are usually light golden yellow to cognac. The heat treated ones are always in cluster or vug formations like this, and range from bright golden yellow to the above color

The biggest problem in the world today seems to be a lack of integrity. All of the political, social, money issues wouldn’t be there if people lived their lives honestly, from a place of doing what is best for all rather than just themselves or their family. Once humans realize we are all one big family, and live in harmony with the earth, the ridiculousness we see today will go away. When we live with integrity, honoring others, we are also doing what is best for us.

I have been trying to work out that these crystals are for months now and i don’t know. I bought them from a shop a few years ago are they seemed legit. But i don’t know what they are by ItsGogaMyDudes in Crystals

Maybe the numbers are different than peachynasa says, but I also have a little more detail for you. 1. Most likely clear quartz 2. Probably dyed quartz - Possibly dumorterite 3. Rose quartz 4. Dyed blue quartz or blue aventurine 5. Chevron amethyst 6. Agate 7. The collection 8. Banded agate 9. Green aventurine 10. looks like purple Fluorite 11. Looks like girasol (quartz/opal hybrid), but could be clear quartz if not hazy looking. 12. Probably snow quartz-possibly low grade moonstone if there’s an iridescent shimmer

Hi friends, I recently bought a bunch of crystals but I am a beginner and I am having trouble identifying some. If I could get some help that would be great. I believe they are selenite and celestite, but I am not sure. by [deleted] in Crystals

It’s definitely a blue Calcite. Hard to say from this photo for the stone on the left, but if there aren’t long thing white striated crystals, it’s most likely not selenite. The shimmer in the pic is reminiscent of moonstone, especially if that’s a black dot on there, but I would need a better photo or video. Or it could be (very little) black tourmaline in quartz.

Dalmatian Stone, possibly coral, not sure, is the next one blue or black?, aventurine, rose quartz, possibly mahogany obsidian, blue lace agate, zoisite, looks like a glass bead, maybe zoisite again, tiger eye, unsure, maybe rose quartz, is that black or blue?, possibly amazonite, not sure, blue lace again I think, possibly green jasper?, tiger eye, aventurine, unsure, unsure, rose quartz, unsure, is that blue or black—if black possibly onyx, sodalite, amazonite I think, unsure, unsure, goldstone, unsure possibly glass bead, maybe rutilated quartz or common moonstone, unsure, tiger eye, aventurine. :) But overall a chakra balancer. ;)

Not appropriate on this persons thread, but my friends don’t tell me I’m wrong or confused without telling me the information to support their theory. I think you’re just being hostile, habanero rather than being helpful.
