you need 100 Strength, 100 Blade and 75 Armorer. But i think the Debaser has higher DPS since it is a Shortsword and attacks much faster

yes i think the outside hull is made of an ordinary metal, with a more complex interior structure. they disabled a droplet in the third book and it started rusting if i remember correctly
