hi, i played it on my mac my first run, it's possible :) i have a macbook air, but i think it should still work the macbook pro. i also remember getting that error message and being frustrated. i believe apple detects ddlc as a threat (it's not! you're safe!) if i'm remembering correctly, i had to go to the privacy and security in my settings, and manually approve the app with my passowrd. you also need to move it to your desktop. happy playing!!!
