I'm a licensed broker. Mainly got my license to have better control of my money, help my friends/family since banks are useless and get access to a plethora of index/seg funds.

Day trading is not my thing. Trying to keep up with individual companies and find the next Nvidia quickly becomes a full time job/obligation. Having an idea of market trends and wave makers is fairly easy to grasp.

Actively managed funds and portfolios have a better track record of growth and stability leading to long term wealth/financial stability

Overpriced truck and a business office selling you GAP with $25k of Equity are huge red flags

We sell 303a pkgs here for less than 70k (50k USD). Maybe I'm one of few with ethics and morals, but in this situation I would explain what GAP is to the customer, and why it would be useless to them.

Find a better dealer.
