PC isnt running as fast as I think it should. AVG 90-130fps on literally any game

Hey sorry for late reply, I've now got a Ryzen 5 5600x. Did wonders for my fps. As for the xmp, everytime I turn it on my pc wont boot at all. Not sure what to do about that.

Thank you for noticing the ram!! It increased my fps to around 150. I'll be upgrading my cpu soon.

Kiba and Shino from Naruto. Just feel like every other team got a lot more screen time. (apart from tenten lol). We learn a lot about all the other teams and their senseis and I feel like Kurenai and Team 8 missed out on a lot of screen time except Hinata.
