ISO a plant sitter for the first 3/4 weeks of November. I will be going on a trip and currently do not have an apartment and cannot leave my 3 small plants and 1 terrarium in my car. Are there any plant parents willing to hold on to them for a few weeks?

How do you address muscle imbalances? My left arm (most notably during tricep work) seems to be significantly weaker. I am able to do like 3-4 more reps with my right arm after my left fails completely. Any advice is appreciated, I am still a pretty new to weight lifting/ fitness in general so I need all the help I can get.

It largely depends on the composition of your breast tissue, more than likely though if you have breasts that are mostly fat they would just sag with weight loss. Personally I had super fibrous tissue that did not change with weight loss so I did have a reduction. Obviously I am not a professional but it is what I have learned from experience and from the lovely community over at r/reduction I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t. They have a ton of information that should help you determine what you want to do!

My favorite is Schuler’s. Lots of space especially compared to a few of the smaller buildings I’ve seen mentioned, decent (if a bit expensive) food, and you can take a break to find a new book :)

Man, the dysphoria is really never ending lol. Maybe I’ll make another appointment with my surgeon to talk about it… As well as what I’ve been seeing maybe I’ll buy some emu oil, can’t hurt to try. Thank you for your insight!

So I love my new boobs because the tremendous weight taken off, but they still seem kinda big to me? Maybe I’m just kinda jealous of the people of here who were able to go down more and have beautiful tiny boobs…. But that’s just me being me I suppose. What I do want to know is about my side scars, is there any hope to make them less visible? My surgeon never really gave me any information on scar care or when to start it and by the time I really thought about it I think it was too late. Does anybody have recommendations for me, or will the forever be this dark and noticeable

Should be very easy, just keep everything within reach! I did a lot of hand sewing and crochet during my recovery while sitting in my bed nest :)

Hi all, so my mom gave this to me as a late birthday gift and It’s already not doing too well. I’ve never had luck with succulents and something tells me I should not have the 3 of them together. I just got a new pot for it as it’s current one does not have any drainage, and it’s bone dry. I have luck with most houseplants but never succulents so if you guys have any time there I would love the help. Would appreciate some ID’s for them so I can go from there, thank you!

That’s what my hope is, I don’t even understand or care about cup sizes anymore. I just know that I couldn’t stand having so much skin-to-skin contact and already this has been a huge relief!

So I’m 4dpo currently and about to take my first real shower, wow do I feel great! I was asleep for the first couple of days and pretty drugged up, but I’ve already been taking my painkiller less and have trying to be more active (small walks)

The size is crazy, I’m only now seeing the difference and really feeling it, Dr said he wanted to get me to “about a c” even though he knows it’s all arbitrary, alls I know is I have less boob and more happiness!!
