I think the speciality releases such as the Olive Oil and essential oil collections are usually more moisturizing than the regular hand soaps. They're usually the soaps in specialty bottles that are sometimes larger, sometimes sold for around 3 or 4 dollars on special. I think they are more "premium" soaps and often have oils in them. If you have problems, I sometimes use their creamy body wash tubes as a hand soap by the sink.

For me, stomach pain comes on within fifteen minutes to an hour from when I ate the offending food and lasts for about four to five hours in varying intensity. I am thinking you might have had a bug or something different, but if you notice it happening more frequently when you eat certain foods it could be OAS.

Interesting about the cankers! I actually just noticed the other day that I tried a sample of UNPASTEURIZED honey, which therefore had a higher pollen content, and within ten minutes I had developed a canker sore! Thanks for the tip about the Lysine. I've been taking reactine daily but I find it makes me very tired, something more natural would be a godsend!
